Delivery Times


After completing your order, we will process it and will proceed with the shipping of your products through our concurred courier service. Depending on several factors, such as bank holidays, weekends, or factors beyond their control such as snowstorms, local or general strikes, demonstrations, etc., the delivery time will vary from case to case. However, the delivery time to all the destinations listed on the previous table takes up from four to seven working days, but as a rule please consider five working days from the moment of placing your order till receiving your products.


A signature will be required on delivery, so please make sure that someone will be available to sign or please consider having your work address as your delivery address when submitting the details of your order. If none is available to receive the parcels from the courier service, they will attempt once again to deliver them. Depending on the country, they may leave the parcels to your neighbour or may leave a note in your mailbox with their contact information so you can collect them for yourself at their branch or to agree on a delivery time. Please be aware that we may forward your telephone number to the courier service with the sole purpose of improving the delivery of your goods and avoiding thus any unnecessary delay.


On the other hand, whilst every effort will be made to ensure that goods will be delivered within the stated time, no liability can be accepted for any delays. However, in the event of any known delay you will be immediately contacted to reorganise the shipping if necessary.


Tracking your Order


Please bear in mind that we will not be able to change the delivery address once the order has been dispatched.


If you have any enquiry or question about your order, please click here to go to our contact page and do not forget to provide the date in which your order was placed, your full name, the delivery address, your email and your phone number. We will then check your order status with the courier service and will forward to you their input.

Product Guarantee


Quality is priority for Oxypas. Our products are normally shipped in parcels and each parcel contains an invoice which represents the guarantee of the product. Should you unlikely find a manufacturing fault in the product, please fill out the form on the back of the corresponding invoice, send it to us along the faulty product and we will dispatch the new product to you immediately. Alternatively if you prefer, we could reimburse the full amount paid for the faulty product, including freight costs only in this case.


Please, bear in mind that the results of wearing out the product, sweating, humidity, lack of care or incompatible use of the shoes are not included in our guarantee.
The Oxypas Product Guarantee is valid for six months, which starts right at the moment of receiving your product.


Cancellation and Return Policy


Orders may be cancelled or amended prior to being dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, it will not be possible to modify it. Our returns policy fully complies with the European Distance Selling Act.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within the next 10 days of receiving it. In this case, please place the unworn products inside their original, preserved packaging and ship them to us along the filled-out form on the back of the invoice (or a photocopy of it). Once we receive your parcel, we will proceed with replacing the products that you returned, or alternatively with reimbursing the payment of such products to you, excluding the freight costs, unless you are returning your products due to their being faulty from factory.


Please bear in mind that you will need to prepare and pay for the parcels that you ship to us, even when covered by the guarantee. Oxypas will not cover nor reimburse the shipping costs of any returning items to our warehouse. Please ship your parcels to:

We strongly advise you to ask the courier service for a certificate of posting your parcel and to retain it for your reference. The courier service (or your local post office) shall stamp this certificate and shall supply a reference number to track your parcel. If this parcel gets lost, we could proceed with a refund of your monies with the stamped certificate supplied by your courier service if we have not received the returned items as yet.


In the unlikely event that you have received the wrong merchandise, defective or damaged product, we will refund the price of the product along the freight costs in the same way as they were paid. If a replacement is rather requested by you, we will then issue it, subject to availability, without any extra charge, as long as both items belong to the same category, model and price. Should you want your item to be replaced by another item of a different category, model and/or price, you will need to cover the difference in price before dispatching the new product to you. But if the new items have a lower price, Oxypas will refund to you the difference in price between the items.


The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse. Please note that it may take from four up to seven working days to see the refund cleared on to your bank account. If your card has expired before we can process your refund, please contact one of our Customer Services Representatives with your order number, postcode and new card details. Oxypas cannot send any cash or cheques for reimbursements, under any circumstances. If a refund on to your bank card is not possible, we will require your bank account number in order to proceed with a wire transfer.

Returning Products Purchased with Special Discounts


If you have purchased any product using a voucher, special discount, offer or promotion, we will refund the exact amount of monies paid by you, as long as the refund applies (good condition of the items, original preserved packaging, items shipped back and received, etc).


In cases where there is a special promotion where several items can be bought to obtain a better deal and you want to return just a single item, you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in the offer. If you return all of the items purchased within the special promotion or discount, you will be then refunded the full value paid by you for such deal, excluding freight costs, unless you are returning the items due to being faulty.
In cases where you have placed an order for which you have received a free item for buying another one, and you need to return and claim the refund of the purchased item, then you will also have to return the free item given as a gift, since it was part of that special promotion. Otherwise we cannot proceed with your refund at all. As well in this case, we can only refund the total price paid for this offer, which will not include the freight costs, unless you are returning the items due to being faulty from factory.


Statutory Rights
Your UK and EU statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
