Delivery Times

For mainland UK we deliver 5 days a week - Monday to Friday.

All deliveries are shipped the same day for orders placed before 3.00PM Monday to Friday. Please note we do not despatch any parcels on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. If despatched on a Friday it will arrive Monday.

A signature is required on delivery. So please ensure that a person will be available to sign, you may wish to consider delivering to a work address. If you are not in when our couriers first try to deliver they will take your order back and then attempt to deliver 2 more times on different days.

Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that goods are delivered within the stated time, no liability can be accepted for any delays. However, in the event of any delay you will be immediately contacted and offered another time for delivery or a full refund.

Times quoted are Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) or British Summer Time (BST) (as applicable).


Delivery Areas

OXYPAS.COM delivers to all United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland addresses. Unfortunately at this time we cannot take orders for delivery to the Channel Islands or BFPO addresses.

OXYPAS.COM classes the United Kingdom as England, Northern Ireland, Scotland (including the Highlands and Islands) and Wales.

Some remote parts of Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland as well as the Highlands and Islands, may take longer than the published delivery schedules, please allow extra time for delivery.


Delivery Address Options

We will be unable to change from a residential delivery address to a business delivery address once the order has been dispatched.


Tracking your Order

Please log on our courier website and use the tracking number provided in your dispatch email.

Having trouble tracking your order? Email us with the date your order was placed, your reference number for each order, your full name, billing address and phone number. We will check your order status and send you an update.

Alternatively, you can call Customer Services Team and they will update you on the status of your order between 9am and 6pm (GMT/BST), five days' a week (excluding UK bank holidays):

Product guarantee

Quality is a priority for Oxypas. Each parcel contains an invoice which is the product guarantee.

The results of wearing out, sweat, humidity, lack of care or incompatible use of the shoes, are not included in our guarantee. Oxypas product guarantee policy is valid for 6month after the purchasing your product.


Return / Cancellation of undelivered orders for business customers.

Orders may be canceled/amended in part or whole at any time prior the dispatch. Oxypas will not accept the return of goods delivered in accordance with a customers order unless a director of the company Reis Enterprises Ltd t/as Oxypas has agreed in writing to accept the return. This shall not constitute any admission on the part of Reis Enterprises Ltd t/as Oxypas.

If the company Reis Enterprises Ltd t/as Oxypas have so agreed the goods shall be returned at the risk and expenses of the customer and must be delivered to Reis Enterprises Ltd t/as Oxypas in perfect condition.

Goods returned because of a fault in manufacture will be replaced. Goods return for credit with no fault Reis Enterprises Ltd t/as Oxypas will charge restocking administration fee. This fee is currently 20% of the exclusive VAT total of the goods returned.


Personal customers returns policy

Our returns policy & company procedures fully comply with the European Distance Selling Act.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within the 10 days of despatch in its original « unworn condition » and we will refund the product price. This will not include your postage costs unless the product is found to be faulty. (You must be responsible for your own postage and packing costs for goods ordered in error).

Before returning an item, you must obtain from Oxypas a return authorization Number. This must be clearly marked on the front of the returning parcel. This help us speedily sort and process the return.

Please remember to ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. The Post Office will stamp this and supply a tracking reference to prove the item(s) have been returned. Without this we cannot refund any money if we do not receive the returned items.

In the event that you receive the wrong merchandise, defective or damaged product, we will refund the original product price & your shipping costs in the same way it was paid. If you request a replacement, we will issue your replacement item (subject to availability) at our cost once we receive the return.

The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse. Please note that it may take 2-3 working days for the refunds to show in your account. Each item returned is refunded separately, and will show on your statement as a refund / credit from OXYPAS.COM. You will be refunded on to the card that the goods were purchased with. If your card expires before we process your refund please contact our customer services team with your order number, postcode and new card details.

Note: Returns by post cannot be accepted without a valid Returns Authorisation Number. You will be unable to get a Returns Authorisation Code if more than 14 days has passed since you received the items. If you experience any difficulties with the online returns process please contact us.

Returning Goods Bought as Special Offers

If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example 'buy 2 for £20.00') you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in the offer. If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy discount you will be refunded with the full multi-buy value.

For combination purchases ("buy one, get one free" or "get the lowest priced item free"), you must return any free items or vouchers back for us to process a refund.

Refunding the Delivery Charge (All Countries)

If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty, damaged, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item. Details of the returns procedure will also be sent to you with your order.

Statutory Rights

Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
