	Ltd Companies	Ltd Companies trading less than 3 years : We will require 6 months of trading upfront before issuing credit facilities. Ltd Companies trading more than 3 years: Please fax or mail your first purchase order on letter headed paper with your company number. Your despatch may be delayed for up to 48 hours.
	Nursing Homes	Please fax or mail your first purchase order on letter headed paper. Subsequent orders may be placed online to your account or via the telephone.
	Sole Traders or Other Partnerships	Proforma, BACs or credit card only.
	Project Managers / NHS Contractors	Fax or Mail your purchase order (must have an official purchase order number to our Colina Mews address above. We will then invoice on a 30 day basis. Please show clearly on the purchase order the delivery location times you need and when the building / site / project you are working on is able to take delivery of goods etc
	Delivery Outside of The UK.	Proforma, BACs or credit card only. We are only able to despatch goods with a FULL CVV AVS credit card security code address match.
