Orders over 300€ = 5% discount

Students Discount
Students pursuing medical or nursing studies will benefit from 20% discount on their purchases. Please note that the discount is available for a minimum purchase value of £25-€35. The offer does not apply for already discounted goods. The 20% discount will be applied on presentation of the medical or nursing student card and is valid for one person.
Cancellation or Amendments of your Order
Orders may be cancelled or amended at any time prior being dispatched. In order to cancel your order you need to contact a Sales and/or Customer Service Representative to request your cancellation or amendment. There are no cancellation fees, as long as your order has not been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. You may afterwards return the products to us within the next ten days from the reception date. You will have to organise and pay for the shipping to send to us any item, and once we receive your items back, we may then refund the amount corresponding to the products. We will not be able in this case to refund the freight costs.

Should you need to submit a complaint, do not hesitate to contact us per email, fax or phone, or though our contact page. One of our Customer Service Representatives will liaise with your complaint immediately, so please do not forget to include in your message every single relevant detail to handle your query without delay, such as your full name, purchase date, contact info, or any other info that may consider important, and a extensive explanation of the events or situations for which you are concerned.
If your item is not currently in our stock but in sale, you can purchase it and we will deliver it to you as soon as we receive it from our factories. You may as well reserve it and we will contact you to let you know that the item is available for its purchase. You may as well reserve the item and provide the payment information and once we receive the product we will ship it to you and place the corresponding payment on the same day. You will always have the option of cancelling your reservation if you would rather not wait.
The prices shown on our pages are the same for all people regardless of their European country of residence.
Only orders placed by companies from outside the United Kingdom, who provide a valid VAT number, will be invoiced excluding the British VAT, as per European Community agreements and regulations.
