Cancellation
Orders may be canceled/amended in part or whole at any time prior the dispatch.
We do not charge a cancellation or re-stocking fee for personal customer.
Complaint
Should you have a complaint against OXYPAS for whatever reason, please
do not hesitate to email us.
Please quote your customer number or invoice number on any correspondence.
Your correspondence will be kept strictly confidential and any suggestions that might improve our service will be considered in great detail. OXYPAS will endeavour to respond to any form of complaint within two working days from receiving your email.
Back order
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.
You will be always be informed with the option to cancel if you would rather not wait.
Tax charges
The prices shown on our pages are the same for all people regardless of their country of purchase.
Only companies order made from outside the UK and providing a valid VAT number will be invoiced excluding 17.5% VAT.
